Want a JobRad?

Through the company JobRad, we offer you the possibility to rent a bicycle or e-bike at a reduced rate. We pay up to a total of 1,299.00 EUR per bicycle, which is completely free of charge for you, as we contribute 40.00 EUR per month and per contract. At the end of the lease, the JobRad is yours to keep.

Discounted “Jobticket”

Through us you get a discounted Rheinbahn monthly ticket. With this you’ll save 11 percent compared to the regular price.

Discounted “Jobticket” for apprentices and students

For our trainees and dual-students, we cover the complete costs of the “jobticket”.


Should you decide to drive by car, parking is no problem. You can rent a cheap parking space through us, in the adjacent parking garage.

The work-life balance

A good work-life balance for our employees is important to us. Therefore we have developed a time system, through which you can determine your working hours more flexibly.


You decide when you work. The daily time-frame is determined by our working time window, the so-called ”working time-frame”. Flexitime allows you to work more or less flexibly on a daily basis, provided there is no objection from the company.

Home office quota

We all know the situation: a craftsman turns up with little notice, you’re waiting for an important package or you just want to work on a concept undisturbed. Covid-19 has also shown us that home office work functions just as well. Nevertheless, it’s nice to be able to see your colleagues in the office from time to time. That’s why we have decided on a home office quota of 50%, which we will maintain even after Covid. Everyone manages this themselves, in consultation with their team leader.

Special leave

Take time for special occasions. In addition to your annual holiday, there are special holiday days for special events, such as a wedding or your child’s wedding. Furthermore, we only count half a day’s holiday for Rose Monday, Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve.

At synetics, we’re curious by nature and have the desire for further self-development. Therefore, we offer our employees a wide range of opportunities for lifelong learning – at work, during training sessions or in an open exchange of experience and knowledge.

Further education

Be it training, seminars or conferences: further training for every employee is an integral part of our outlook towards work. We support you in doing what’s important to you and help you progress.

Open Friday

Within the framework of our “Open Friday” format, we meet once a month to exchange knowledge and experience. In advance, everyone can register a topic: report on an interesting training course, discuss new ideas or give a lecture on a topic that others might also find interesting. This isn’t limited to professional topics.


We offer all employees free English lessons, once a week, during working hours. The in-house courses take place in small groups and finish with an exam, for which successful participants receive a Cambridge certificate.

Feedback interviews (Talent Management Process)

We give you feedback: spontaneously, but above all systematically. In our talent management process, your team leader analyses and evaluates your performance and development potential. You discuss this in a confidential meeting and work out individual development activities, which you then implement together with the HR team. These activities range from specialist training and coaching to a progression to a higher position.

Onboarding process

You can start right away on your first day. Because from the job or parking ticket to the workstation and your PC access: We will organise everything you need in advance, so that you will have a smooth and easy beginning with us.


We want to make your start with us as easy as possible. That’s why we provide you with a “buddy” colleague right from the start, who helps you to make the first contact with others.


Clarity and a common understanding of expectations are important – especially during the probationary period. In the onboarding process we hold regular feedback meetings, at least every four weeks. This way we can provide you with targeted support and encouragement during your initial period.
