becon GmbH is an i-doit Premium, Development and Support Partner and supports you in the introduction, integration and operation of i-doit. In addition to connectors to Microsoft Azure and ((OTRS)) Community Edition, it provides the following add-ons for you: The MedTec add-on enables documentation in the medical sector, with the add-ons for information security ISMS enables documentation according to ISO 27001 and VIVA2 enables implementation according to IT-Grundschutz. The ScanIT app enables the import of data stored in barcodes via an Android app. The OpenCelium open source API hub ensures communication and data exchange between third-party applications and i-doit.
The FREICON Group is an i-doit Premium, Development and Support Partner and accompanies you all the way from idea to implementation. In joint evaluation workshops, FREICON’s ITSM experts support you in designing and improving your IT Service Management. Various couplings of the in-house development monitos enable an automatic filling of i-doit via the monitos inventory for i-doit or Lansweeper inventory for i-doit add-on. With this data, an automated dynamic monitos monitoring incl. SAP monitoring can then be set up and the CIs made available to the user helpdesk OTOBO for further processing.
it-novum GmbH is a Premium and Support Partner for the implementation of i-doit. In connection with ITSM solutions in monitoring (openITCOCKPIT) and ticketing (((OTRS)) Community Edition), it-novum offers interfaces to i-doit and accompanies you in all project phases. Training and support are also offered. Our premium partner also operates two further locations in Austria and Switzerland.
Sector Nord AG is a Premium and Development Partner and supports companies of all sizes throughout Europe in the introduction of System Management solutions. The focus here is primarily on the monitoring solution SNAG-View, which was developed in-house. As a Premium Partner for i-doit, Sector Nord AG and its experienced specialists provide users and newcomers to i-doit with individual services, which are rounded off by its own add-ons ((OTRS)) Community Edition and SNAG-View.
SHD System-Haus-Dresden GmbH is a Premium, Support and Development Partner, founded in 1990. Since then, SHD has developed into one of the leading companies in the areas of IT infrastructure and process digitalisation. In particular, the company demonstrates significant expertise in the field of support and managed services associated with these topics. SHD is also represented on the market as a developer of solutions for the documentation, monitoring and management of IT architecture (e.g. SM-VIEW).

don’t panic it-services gmbh is a software and IT service company based in Bludenz, Vorarlberg (Austria), and employs three people. The main business area is supporting IT departments of medium-sized and larger companies in developing technology organisations into service organisations. The customers are often from the automotive supply industry, pharmaceutical companies, public authorities and offices as well as energy producers. We see our strengths in the know-how in Linux and network technology, process analysis and design. For i-doit they offer the add-ons RfC Manager, Privacy and Label Printer.
