You can make use of our support at any time. If you have a contract for a Basic SLA, our support Team is available for you on business days between 10 a.m and 4 p.m CET.

You need individual or ongoing on-site support?
Our certified support partners are available for your individual project support and ongoing assistance in your ITSM environment. They offer 1st Level phone support as well as 2nd Level Support by competent employees. Another part of our partners’ portfolio is remote and on-site support.

The i-doit support partner support you with profound knowledge about the introduction and use of the i-doit software. Each of the support partners has specially been trained for this task by us and has a lot of experience with the i-doit software and the support of users.
