Support for 3rd-Party-Add-ons

Together with our development partners, we offer you a support model that fully covers all add-ons in addition to the use of i-doit. Qualified specialists at synetics and the partners take care of your requests with a uniform SLA.

Do you need individual or ongoing on-site support?

Our certified support partners are available for your individual project support and ongoing support of your ITSM environment. They provide both 1st level and 2nd level support by telephone through competent employees. Remote and on-site support is also part of our partners’ portfolio.
