Which support offers are there?

As user of i-doit pro you can choose between to support models. The Basic Support is especially interesting if you run a smaller business and IT documentation is no critical part of your processes.

In contrast, Advanced Support is designed for larger companies that prefer short response times and need personal contacts.

Can I use the Support at any time?

You can make use of our support at any time. If you have a contract for Advanced Support, our Call Center is available for you on business days between 8 a.m and 6 p.m CET.

Of course you can use all other online offers regardless of any time of day.

Our certified support partners are available for your individual project support and ongoing assistance in your ITSM environment. They offer 1st Level phone support as well as 2nd Level Support by competent employees. Another part of our partners’ portfolio is remote and on-site support.
