Humans4help and synetics form a partnership

Humans4help, a leading French digital transformation incubator with focus on business process improvement and Germany’s synetics, the manufacturer of the leading IT documentation and CMDB software i-doit pro, are joining forces to better serve existing customers and attract new market segments in France, North Africa and Spain.

Founded in 2017, Humans4help is specialised in the use of data for business. With this in mind, the company assists clients in implementing a data strategy combining RPA ,AI, Low code/no code technologies, data science and process knowledge. Synetics, founded in 1996, develops the CMDB software i-doit pro, that supports the management of the customer's IT as well as asset landscape and facilitates IT service management. Relationships and dependencies between (these) objects can be freely defined from the perspective of all departments. A detailed rights system allows access rights to be defined on a task-specific basis. Uniform interfaces (i-doit pro Add-ons) to i-doit pro allow for a precise integration into one's own sales and service strategy. A fair licensing model (pay-as-you-grow) enables professional IT management even in medium-sized organisations.
