Flexitime
The daily framework is defined by our working time window, the so-called framework working time. However, you decide when you work - flexitime allows you to flexibly work more or less on a daily basis if there are no operational restrictions.
Individual working models
We all know the situation: tradespeople have announced their arrival at short notice, you are waiting for an important package or simply want to work on a concept undisturbed - it helps to work remotely. We have had good experiences with digital collaboration from the home office, but it's still nice to be able to see each other in the office from time to time. That's why we have implemented various working models to meet the needs of both sides. Whether on-site, hybrid or remote, we offer everything and implement it in consultation.
Special leave
Take time for special occasions. In addition to your annual leave, there is special leave for special events, such as marriage or the marriage of children. We also only count half a day's leave for Shrove Monday, Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve.
