With the new PDF Sign & Store Add-on from Freicon, you can sign, save, and automatically assign documents to the correct Configuration Item (CI) – all directly within i-doit. Paperless, efficient, and secure!

How it works:

Create document – Directly within i-doit’s document management.
Start signature process – One click on “Sign” takes you straight to the digital signature.
Sign document – By hand using mouse, touchscreen, or stylus.
Save & assign – The signed document is saved with a custom category and name.
Instant availability – The document is saved directly in the CI and is available at any time.
