With the new PDF Sign & Store Add-on from Freicon, you can sign, save, and automatically assign documents to the correct Configuration Item (CI) – all directly within i-doit. Paperless, efficient, and secure!
How it works:
- Create document – Directly within i-doit’s document management.
- Start signature process – One click on “Sign” takes you straight to the digital signature.
- Sign document – By hand using mouse, touchscreen, or stylus.
- Save & assign – The signed document is saved with a custom category and name.
- Instant availability – The document is saved directly in the CI and is available at any time.
Use cases
Internal signatures – Authorized i-doit users sign documents directly in the system – including audit logging.
External signatures – Use the add-on via browser or tablet to collect signatures – ideal for device handovers, maintenance reports, and more.
Security & configuration
