With SHD View | Maps, you can create a map of your entire IT infrastructure that everyone can grasp at a glance. This also allows you to create service dashboards with SHD View | Maps and present your IT effectively.
With live data from the monitoring system, you always have the current status of your IT in view. With this add-on, however, you can also turn your IT documentation into a knowledge base and connect the expertise of your IT specialists following the Wikipedia principle.
