How is your i-doit data quality? Without measurable metrics, you are left guessing – and during audits or compliance reviews, that quickly becomes a risk. The Data Quality Add-on makes CMDB data quality measurable and gives you the tools to systematically address weaknesses.

At its core is the compliance score: a percentage that shows at a glance how well your documentation is maintained. KPI tiles on the dashboard highlight objects that need attention, so you immediately know where to take action.

Specialized analyses uncover different quality issues: Category usage shows the fill rate per object type with traffic light colors. Empty object types cluttering the navigation are identified and can be hidden. Stale objects – not updated for months – are revealed, as are objects with few or no relationships.

IP conflicts from duplicate IPv4 and IPv6 addresses are automatically detected. The contract expiration monitor warns about expiring maintenance and license contracts in time. Logbook activity shows maintenance trends of your CMDB, and Dialog+ cleanup identifies unused dropdown values for removal.

The rule engine lets you define mandatory field rules with a click – no programming required. Individual objects can be marked as exceptions with documented justification, so the compliance score reflects reality.
